These Standard Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your ("You" or "User") use of and access to Huntd Technologies LLP ("Huntd" or "We" or "us") website, products, services, software including without limitation to web and/or desktop application ("Services"). By using the Services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms and use the Services. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized and must cease using the site immediately.

a. Subject to your compliance of these Terms and payment of subscription fees, We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable right to access and use the Services. We have developed the product with utmost good faith abiding by all the compliances / rules / permissions / sanctions and ensuring all the reasonable security measures for usage of the product.

b. You shall not and will not cause others to use the Services for any activity in violation of these Terms or in violation of any applicable law.

c. Huntd reserves their right to update, revise these Terms and the said changes will supersede the prior Terms. If you continue to use the services after the revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. You agree that we shall not be liable to You or any third-party for any revision of the Terms.

a. Huntd presumes that the information provided / inputted by the User is true and accurate. The User is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. The User shall create credentials (Username and Password) for using the Services and the same shall be kept confidential by the User.

b. The User can create multiple profiles under their account with separate credentials for each profile.

c. The User and/or its agents shall have the sole authority to delete the profile(s) created under his account.

a. Huntd has developed cutting edge secured technology to service the User for data analytics, competitive intelligence, and lead enrichment services.

b. The User shall have the option to upload their data, contact lists, or any information inputted by the User to the Huntd Services ("Data"). Huntd is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the analysis if the uploaded data contains incomplete or incorrect information.

a. Huntd shall charge the User / profile(s) based on the type of the Service opted by the User / profile(s) for data analytics and intelligence services.

b. Billing is based on the subscription plan and usage of the User's analytics activities.

b. By using the services, you authorize us to transfer Your information across to other countries where we and our partners operate.

a. These Terms shall commence from the date of registration of the User in the portal of Huntd and shall remain in force until terminated.

b. Huntd reserves the right to terminate these Terms or the engagement at any time under breach of obligations, intellectual property infringement, payment failures, or legal requirements.

All intellectual property related to the Services, including but not limited to, website design, logos, branding, images, graphics and source code, trademarks, copyrights (excluding any User-generated Data), shall be proprietary of Huntd and shall not be utilized by the User other than for the purposes mentioned herein, without the written consent of Huntd.

a. Huntd, its employees, agents, directors, owners, information providers, shall not be liable for any indirect, direct, special, consequential, or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of the Services.

b. User(s) acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for their own use of Services and for any consequences thereof.

a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
